Next, your sensitive seed details will be moved, by hand, to a network of secure air-gapped servers specialized for seed recovery.

Test the seed candidates

Do I Need to Disclose All My Passwords?

No. We will never ask our clients to divulge more information than they are comfortable sharing with us.

Are you legit - will you steal my funds?

We would never steal a client’s funds for any reason. We are a business based out of New Hampshire with public founders and a public business address, so if we were to steal from, or attempt to defraud our clients, it would be a simple process to report us which would quickly lead to our arrest and eventual jail time!

I have zero wallet information - can you help me?

If you’ve completely lost your seed phrase or discarded the device containing your private key backup, there’s generally nothing we can do. In certain cases (for example, with Blockchain.com), we may be able to retrieve the backup file on your behalf, and sometimes we can restore deleted files from an old hard drive. However, if you have no seed phrase at all—not even a partial or incorrect one—neither we nor any other recovery service can assist.

Can you recover scammed or stolen assets?

Unfortunately, we cannot directly recover funds lost to crypto scams, as the likelihood of reclaiming them is extremely low. However, we do offer scam tracing services. Our scam tracing services are designed for those who want to pursue every avenue of potential recovery. Our investigative specialists will build a case, outlining the trajectory of your funds and identifying any links we can find to real-world entities. With these insights, we’ll provide guidance on engaging law enforcement and the relevant exchanges, giving you the best possible chance of recovering your assets.

How long does the recovery process take?

The timeframe for recovering lost cryptocurrency can range anywhere from just an hour to over six months. Although this may seem lengthy, most of our initial efforts occur within the first week after onboarding a client. After that, we retain the encrypted wallet backup and password guesses, allowing us to revisit and reattempt recoveries as we discover new recovery methods or enhance our hardware capacity—unless you request that we delete your information.

What types of crypto can you recover?

Our supported cryptocurrency range is constantly expanding. For seed phrase recoveries, we currently handle any BIP-39 or ERC-20 token, including legacy mnemonics and 13th/25th words. As for password recoveries, we support several wallets at this time, including Blockchain.com, Bitcoin Core, Multibit, Electrum, MetaMask, MyEtherWallet, Mist Ethereum Wallet, Dogechain Core, and Dogechain.info.

How much do you charge?

We operate on a results-based model, taking a 20% fee only if we successfully recover your funds. If we’re unable to recover anything, you pay nothing.

Isn’t Bitcoin’s security airtight? How is this even possible?

You’re correct; it’s mathematically impossible to directly hack the Bitcoin blockchain itself. What we do involves utilizing the password guesses provided by the wallet owner to effectively "crack" their forgotten password. Combined with a private key backup—an encrypted file containing the actual private key—this technique enables our clients to restore access to their funds.
